Dibal is pleased to announce the creation of DIBAL PESAGE SAS, a new company in France with 100% DIBAL capital, following the acquisition of the commercial weighing activities of Precia Molen.
From 13 to 15 May we were present at the Food 4 Future fair held at the BEC in Bilbao, a key event for innovation in the food sector. During ETB´s coverage, they highlighted one of our most innovative solutions: the PC scale with integrated computer vision.
For yet another year, our automatic CW-5000 has been recognised as Best Checkweigher at the international Weighing Review awards.
From 3 to 8 May, Dibal will be present at IFFA Frankfurt, the world´s leading trade fair for technology in the meat and food industry.
Last year, thanks to your support, Dibal was awarded in every category we competed in. This year, we want to prove once again that we are leaders in the weighing sector, and we need your vote to make it happen!
Dibal has reached an advanced preliminary agreement to acquire Precia Molen’s retail weighing activities in France. If finalised, the agreement would be formalised on 1 May 2025.
The year 2024 has been a period of clear growth in our activity, with an increase of 16% compared to the previous year and a turnover of 28.1 million euros, in line with our objectives. In addition, we achieved a positive result, slightly higher than budgeted.
