Dibal presents its novelties in weighing, labelling and inspection solutions for the industry in the next edition of EMPACK Madrid

It is an automatic system for weight control of products up to 15 kg, with optional rejection system. The equipment checks the correct weight of products without stopping the production line. If the weight is above or below the set range the equipment automatically rejects the product.

The compact equipment, easy to integrate into existing lines, can be combined with other Dibal industrial equipment, such as MD-5000 metal detectors, optimizing production control and guaranteeing the quality of the final product.

During the fair, Dibal will also show the software applications developed in recent months: DRC, a remote console to control Dibal´s equipment from mobile devices; DeS, software specifically developed for checkweighwers in the food industry, which allows to control and register the total of the weights realized during the production. It is an excellent tool to comply with the European Union Directive 76/211/EEC (amended by 2007/45/EC); and DIS, the new improved software for the configuration and management of industrial equipment.
