This strategic step will allow us to strengthen our position in the French market, especially in the retail sector, where we will offer our solutions under the DIBAL and PRECIA MOLEN brands. In addition, the new subsidiary will expand its catalogue with our range of automatic weighing and/or labelling, and contaminant detection equipment, also consolidating our presence in the industrial sector.
