We introduce our new CS-2200 Totem PC scale, which will be available soon in our catalogue.
New self-service PC scale in Totem format
The first version of this new scale format was introduced in February at the Euroshop in Düsseldorf, Germany. There, the distributors who visited us gave us their good impressions about it; and, together with the improvement suggestions received from the customers who installed the first units and other potential customers, we have developed the final version of the new CS-2200 Totem PC scale.
What is a Totem PC scale?
It is a self-service PC scale with integrated base, for installation in supermarkets without the need for additional furniture. An innovative format that will provide a different image to the point of sale.
In addition, we have also developed a model without weighing, for the unit sale of products in self-service sections, or to be used as an information kiosk or queue manager in any section of the supermarket.
The CS-2200 Totem PC scale in detail
All Totem models (with and without weighing) are available with a 2” printer with cassette, for die-cut labels or linerless labels with autocutter (labels without backpaper and adaptable length).
The labelling drawer has been enlarged to facilitate quick paper change: The spare cassette is housed in the drawer, next to the cassette installed in the printer.
In addition, to prevent unwanted opening of the printer by users, the labelling drawer incorporates a key lock, along with an indicator light to check that the scale is switched on.
The 15” vertical display (W228 x H304 mm) can be tilted to avoid reflections and optimize visibility, which also provides a design totally different from the usual self-service scales.
The totems can be optionally complemented with the installation of several accessories: glove dispenser, bag roll holder, bin and UPS support; achieving a complete and integrated solution with the minimum space for the point of sale.
The teamwork with our network of distributors has resulted in a scale that we hope will meet the expectations it has generated since its first introduction to the market.
