The Dibal 4500 Range equipment offer great versatility and adaptation to the different requirements and needs of our customers.
In this case, we designed and manufactured an automatic weighing and labelling system for boxes, with barcode reader scanner to check if the product is properly labelled.
The equipment removes from the line those packages above or below the target weight ranges, and boxes without a label or with a label in poor conditions (defective, torn or with an unreadable barcode), to guarantee the quality of the finished product.
Likewise, the equipment has a high visibility label roll level indicator to prevent possible line stops due to lack of labels.
