Dibal in HISPACK & BTA 2015 (April 21-24, 2015): Important novelties

DIBAL attended the last edition of HISPACK&BTA fair, in Barcelona from 21 to 24 April. In its stand, D116, in Hall 5, DIBAL showed its range of products and presented its technological innovations for food industry.

DIBAL presented its improved high-speed weighing and labelling system, LS-4000, which reaches yields of up to 150 packages/minute in weighing and upper labelling, and 120 packages/minute in weighing and bottom labelling. With a new graphic console inspired by the concept of "material design" (visual language developed by Google in 2014), it integrates a touch interface more intuitive for users.

Also noteworthy is the incorporation of "DibalVision" Artificial Vision system in automatic weighing equipments, for barcodes identifying, character recognition and verification (OCR and OCV). This innovation ensures product quality: correct placement of labels, caps or another items on the product, shapes, colours, etc.

Another novelty presented on this edition of HISPACK & BTA is the new DMI-610 weight indicators, the first phase of acomplete series of indicators with numerous functionalities for industry.

Among the solutions for food retailers, there stand out two options of retail scales with touch screen and advertising display. On one hand, CS-1100 W PC scales, with Windows operating system, 15" touch screen and 7" or 15" advertising TFT. They have a lighter and more modern style than previous models and a new software version, more user friendly and powerful. On the other hand, D-900 Series scales, unique models in the market which combine the advantages of a touch screen with the simplicity and economy of traditional electronics (non PC). They present new screen layouts for both assisted sales and self-service.
