X-ray inspection systems provide a complete protection against metal, glass, stone and other foreign objects. They can inspect any type of packaged product, in any format (boxes, bags, trays, cans ...) and orientation (vertical or horizontal), and eliminate the barriers associated with moving from metal detection to X-ray detection.

X-ray detection systems enable compliance with worldwide HACCP and retailer food safety requirements. They include touchscreen with an easy-to-use interface for quick setup, change of products, storage of registers, etc., and software version for detection of contaminants, mass measuring, filling level, product integrity (missing or broken product) and many other tasks.

Safety is assured with an LED light stack, multiple e-stops, X-ray key switch and safety interlocks on all doors and covers. They also have lead or lead-free shielding curtains to prevent leaks (easy to replace and adjust). The removable modular conveyor, meanwhile, makes directional change and maintenance simple..
